Living Well in Later Years Directory
Ready for Living has developed the guide to help older people in the Gore district increase knowledge of what services and social connections are available for them. The Living Well in Later Years was in response to older people not knowing all their options in the community and choices to combat loneliness.
Ready for Living hope to update this booklet annually with changes responding to feedback from the older community.
